The technical fabrics developed by BCA are made with some EXCLUSIVE patterns and yarns, which enhance an incomparable performance in a single layer of fabric. To achieve this result, BCA customized its weaving machines in a unique way, which achieves some innovative technology patents.

The 100% NeoFlex® coating for both layer sides in a chemical polymeric matrix with innovative technology patent. The coating guarantees the resilience properties at aramid composite and increasing its effective protection against the effects of weather, UV rays, fungi and humidity. The ballistic panels that receive these coating achieves best performance, resistance and durability.

With technology to provide capacity for over 1000 tons and with an accurate electronic temperature and pressure system control, the High Press system allows total homogeneity and flexibility across the surface panels, ensuring superior ballistic performance, achieving RESILIENCE and preventing delamination.
